One abutment.
One time.

The i-base is placed at surgery and never removed again: fewer disconnections, healthier soft tissue, and a fully digital restorative workflow.

Six components. Every stage covered.

From placement to final prosthesis, in clinic and in lab, the system replaces the usual stack of scan posts, temporary abutments and healing caps.

i-base digital abutment render

i-base

A single digital abutment for all treatment stages. Scan it directly in surgical and prosthetic phases, with no separate scan posts. The chimney-free design closes the marginal micro-gap and limits bacterial infiltration.

Quad-surface geometry / 10° bevel / 15° emergence / multiple cuff heights
iCervico healer shapes seating one after another on the i-base

iCervico Healers

Anatomic soft-tissue shaping in three sizes, centered or offset. Rotates freely on the i-base without breaking the digital protocol.

AR and R sleeves standing side by side

AR / R Sleeves

The anti-rotational AR-sleeve seats single units on the quad-surface geometry and doubles as a scan post. The rotational R-sleeve eases the path of insertion for multi-unit prostheses.

Ti6Al4V retention screw

Retention Screw

M1.6 thread in Ti6Al4V alloy, torqued to 30 N/cm, with up to 30° of angle correction in a full 360° envelope.

Ti6Al4V / M1.6 / 30 N/cm
Dual lab analog, digital and conventional workflows

Lab Analog

One analog for all i-base options, in analog and digital protocols, with a positioning design made for 3D-printed models.

Analogic and scannable impression posts

Impression Post

For single and multiple unit cases, open or closed tray techniques. A scannable version is available.

Healers for every site in the arch

Prefabricated emergence profiles for anteriors, premolars, and lower and upper molars, each in centered and offset versions the clinician can modify further.

Place the i-base

Installed at implant placement or uncovery, then never uninstalled again. The tissue interface is disturbed exactly once.

Seat the healer

Orient the iCervico healer freely on the i-base, independent of the implant connection, while the digital protocol stays intact.

Deliver the prosthesis

Torque the screw-retained prosthesis to 30 N/cm. The quad-surface bevel seats it with no marginal micro-gap and no mobility.

Design on the real geometry, not an approximation. The iCervico libraries put every component inside your CAD software.

Native teeth and component libraries for digital design platforms keep the scan, design and delivery phases on one uninterrupted file.
